- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We’ve been taking our two dogs here for years with no problem. Friendly and professional staff. Last month, I took my cat in because she was acting weird and I knew there was an issue with her mouth. They looked at her and said her mouth was fine but she had an ear infection. I gave her meds for a week and she was very clearly still in a lot of pain. I looked over the paperwork Banfield had given us and it said that we had discussed an issue with her mouth/gums and how important regular cleanings were....not true. We only discussed the ear infection, and they explicitly told me that there were no issues with her mouth whatsoever. I was heartbroken that she had to be in immense pain for a week longer than she should have, and banfield is to blame. Shame on them for their carelessness.November 05, 2017by Alexis Chernick
